Welcome Message from Head of Primary

Children are the driving force that moves the whole school towards excelling to ensure that they feel respected, safe and loved while being challenged to do their very best each and every day at ASCS Primary.

Our guiding principle at Al Salam is “Where Every Child is Special”. A great way to ensure that the needs of each and every student are met is for home, school and community to keep communication open and to work together.

To ensure that we are meeting the needs of the whole child, academically, socially and emotionally, and to encourage a sense of belonging, we work together as a team of educators to develop our teaching and learning practice. This practice ensures that every lesson, every day, will build from our high expectations for every child and belief that all children can achieve.

Our families will truly understand the Al Salam mission of wanting our students to respect people, culture and the community at all times, after joining ASCS. Al Salam has cultivated this ethos in the community for over 30 years and remains committed to this outcome. Hence, we take pride in ensuring that our students conduct themselves in a safe, sensible manner, showing compassion for others; behave in a principled and polite manner to all members of our community; show respect for the opinions and beliefs of others and are respectful of cultural differences.

We encourage you to come and visit us, surely you will not be disappointed![/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_single_image image=”7919″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1678447606441{margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text]Neelam Bhatti
