Welcome Message from Head of Secondary

I am delighted to welcome you to ASCS Secondary!

The Secondary school prides itself with a purpose built on strong academic outcomes and the opportunity for innovation and creativity.

As a basis, we offer the National Curriculum for England leading to IGCSEs in Year 11, and IA levels in Year 13.

The quality of staffing ensures each and every child is supported from the moment they arrive in Year 7. Robust and rigorous assessments ensure the students at least meet their potential with many students exceeding their targets.

The transition into Key Stage 4 on dedicated pathways allows every student to achieve a range of qualifications with purpose and value which will enable them to continue into Post-16. Here the students are prepared for life beyond school, to enter leading global Universities and the world of work, with the necessary skills, knowledge and experiences to ensure every student has the aspiration and altitude to aim high in life; and the agency and agility to have resilience and focus for continued lifelong success.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/6″][vc_single_image image=”3468″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center” css=”.vc_custom_1629890670041{margin-bottom: 0px !important;padding-bottom: 0px !important;}”][vc_column_text]Tariq Bell
